By purchasing or subscribing to our program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

a. Ineligibility After Medical Evaluation

If our medical team determines that you are not eligible for medicated weight loss (e.g., due to contraindications, pre-existing health risks, or other clinical reasons), you will receive a full refund, minus any diagnostic or consultation services already completed.

b. Duplicate Payment

In the event of a duplicate charge, we will issue a full refund for the extra amount upon verification.

2. Non-Refundable Components

The following services and components are non-refundable:

  • Doctor consultations (if already completed)
  • Nutritionist sessions or coaching calls already delivered
  • Diagnostic tests (if sample has been collected or service initiated)
  • Any program fee after 7 days of service activation, even if partially used

3. Subscription Plans

If you are enrolled in a subscription-based program, the following applies:

  • Cancellations within 7 days of purchase (and before service initiation) may be eligible for a partial refund, after deducting administrative or consultation fees.
  • Mid-term cancellations will not be refunded, but you may be eligible to pause or transfer the plan under certain circumstances (e.g., relocation, pregnancy, illness), at the discretion of the Aamya support team.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@aamya.in with your registered contact details and payment proof.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method, once eligibility is verified.
  • In some cases, we may require additional verification or documentation.

5. No-Show & Non-Compliance

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You miss scheduled appointments without prior notice
  • You refuse to follow prescribed protocols or treatment plans
  • You stop using the program midway without informing us or providing valid medical reasons

6. Disputes and Escalation

In case of any dispute regarding refunds, the decision of Zoconut Pvt Ltd’s grievance redressal team will be final. You may escalate unresolved issues to:
